Generate a new CloudFlare Origin CA Certificate

Refer to the official guide on Cloudflare’s website. On step 11 of the process, please ensure that you choose Apache or PEM as the Key Format or Type.

Install the CA certificate in cPanel

Once you have completed all 12 steps, CloudFlare will give you an Origin Certificate (SSL Certificate) and a Private Key. From here, you can follow our guide on how to manually install an SSL Certificate in cPanel.
