Additional Users have access to the following:

  • Manage and access services in your account;
  • View and pay invoices;
  • Submit eTickets;
  • Access cPanel accounts.

An Additional User cannot…

  • Add a user to your account;
  • Close your account.

Adjusting a user’s access

At this time, the level of access that an additional user has cannot be adjusted. Additional Account Contacts are added to your account but do not have the same permissions as additional users. They are not able to log in to your account; however, they will be sent a copy of emails from us, such as invoices and general notifications.
