From the log-in page

  1. Log in to VIPcontrol in the same fashion you would as the account holder.
  2. When prompted, select an account from the list that you wish to access from. VIPControl Login Select User

While logged in to VIPcontrol

If you’re already logged into your VIPcontrol account, you can access either your primary account or an account as an additional user.
  1. Click on the drop-down menu to the top right of your account. VIPControl Select User
  2. Select the account you want to log in to (e.g., “John Doe”).
