For AU domains, we require documentation to prove that the correct registrant is attempting a domain recovery.
- A letter on company letterhead stating that you are the rightful owner of the domain name and that you would like it moved into an account in your name. This letter must be signed and dated by the party who is submitting the recovery.
- Statutory Declaration confirming that everything written in the letter is valid and true to the best of your knowledge and that the letter and identification have been witnessed by a Justice of the Peace able to sign off on the Statutory Declaration (Pharmacist, Police Officer etc.)
- Copy of the ABN/ACN/BN registration certificate for the organisation registered to the domain name
- A signed letter on company letterhead from the organisation or the individual listed as the registrant in the domain’s contact list, confirming they are the rightful owner of the domain name and requesting that it be transferred to an account in their name.
- Statutory Declaration confirming that everything written in any provided letter or documentation is valid and true to the best of their knowledge.
- Copy of the ABN/ACN/BN registration certificate for the organisation where possible.
