Additional contacts can be added to your VIPcontrol account to manage and receive notices based on your preferences. To add an additional contact, please follow the steps below:
  1. Login to your VIPcontrol account.
  2. Navigate to the “My Profile” section, located at the top right of your VIPcontrol account.
  3. Select “Add Contact” from the left menu.
  4. Enter the contact’s name and email address.
  5. Select the notices you would like the contact to receive (e.g., invoices).
add-contact Please note: This does not create additional logins to your VIPcontrol account. This is still managed exclusively by your credentials, but you can ensure multiple contacts are kept informed regarding promotions, invoices, and service setup details, for example.
