The referral program is an easy way to share VentraIP with your friends and family whilst being rewarded for making a successful referral. In the event that you have made a successful referral, you will be issued $50 CASH! *
You’ll be able to make a referral by sharing a unique referral link, which you can find in your VIPcontrol account. When in VIPcontrol, click on your name in the top right corner and click on My Profile, then navigate down to referrals. Click on the ‘Refer a Friend’ button, here you will be able to find a unique referral link which you can copy to your clipboard or alternatively email and or SMS to your friend.
Has remained an active customer of VentraIP for greater than 60 days.
The referral occurred after the referral program started.
Note: A customer is deemed a brand new customer when they are establishing a new VIPcontrol account with their order, and they do not have any other VIPcontrol account under their name, irrespective of whether an alternate email address is used. If your referral does not meet the above criteria, the referral will not be considered successful.
How will I know when I’ve successfully referred someone?
Within the next few weeks, you can expect to be able to track the status of your referrals via your account with us. We’ll also keep you updated by email for any referral-related events, such as when your referral has remained an active customer of VentraIP for greater than 60 days.
Once we’ve confirmed that you’ve made a successful referral, a confirmation email will be sent to you and $50 will be added to your VentraIP Wallet. *Only customers who reside within Australia are eligible to cash out their referral payments. Those who do not reside within Australia can move their referral payments to their Account Credit.
