Adding seats
Before adding another user, make sure you have a spare Google Workspace Seat available. If you need to add one, this can be done by following these steps:
Log in to VIPcontrol
.
Click on
My Services
at the top of the page.
Click on
Google Workspace
.
Click
Manage
next to your Google Workspace service.
Click
Manage Seats
.
Adjust the number of seats by using the
plus +
button.
Click
Add Seats
.
Creating new users
Log in to VIPcontrol

Click on
My Services
at the top of the page.
Click on
Google Workspace
.
Click
Manage
next to your Google Workspace service.
Under
User Accounts
, click
Setup User
next to an available seat. (If you cannot see this button, follow the steps under “Adding seats”).
Input the new user’s details.
Click
Create User
