To update your Microsoft 365 license, follow these steps:
  1. Log in to the Microsoft 365 admin center at https://admin.microsoft.com/.
  2. In the left-hand menu, select Users, then choose Active Users.
  3. Click on the user corresponding to your email address.
  4. In the options near the top, select Licenses and Apps.
  5. Check the box next to your subscription type and click Save Changes to apply the license.
