Changing VPS management

If you want to switch between a self-managed and fully-managed VPS or vice versa, follow our guide here.

Upgrading an existing VPS

  1. Log in to VIPcontrol.
  2. Click on My Services at the top of the page.
  3. Click on VPS.
  4. Click Manage next to the service you want to upgrade.
  5. Click on Upgrade Plan under Account.
  6. Click on View Plans.
  7. Click on Upgrade for the plan you would like to move to.
  8. Select your preferred upgrade time and click the upgrade acknowledgements.
  9. Click Confirm upgrade.
This will then submit a ticket to our Accounts and Billing team automatically to arrange the upgrade to your chosen plan with our Technical team at the chosen date and time. For further information on VPS addons, see here.
