Connecting via FTP using Cyberduck

Getting your FTP login details

You can use the default FTP account or create a new one. We have a separate guide on how to do this.

Downloading Cyberduck

If you don’t already have Cyberduck installed, please download it here.

Connecting using Cyberduck

1. Open Cyberduck.
2. Click Open Connection.
3. Set the connection type to FTP-TLS in the drop-down menu at the top of the window that appears.
4. Input the server details that you either obtained or created in the guide we linked under Getting your FTP login details.
5. Click Connect.

TLS and FileZilla

Sometimes you may need to manually configure Cyberduck in order to connect securely, which is a requirement on our newer services. If you’re not sure how to do that, please have a look at this guide.
