Connecting via FTP using Filezilla

Getting your FTP login details

You can use the default FTP account or create a new one. We have a separate guide on how to do this.

Downloading FileZilla

If you haven’t already downloaded FileZilla, you can do so here.

Connecting using FileZilla

1. Open FileZilla.
2. At the top of the FileZilla interface, you will see fields for Host, Username, Password and Port. This is where you need to input the Host, Username and Password details you either obtained or created, using the guide we referenced under Getting your FTP login details above.
3. Click Quickconnect.
