Importing and exporting emails using Roundcube

Importing an email file (.eml)

1. Log in to webmail.
2. Click on the email you want to export.
3. Click the More drop-down menu above the email body.
4. Click Import.
5. Click Browse.
6. Select the file(s) you want to import using the dialog box that appears.
7. Click Open.
8. Click Import.

Exporting an email to .eml format

1. Log in to webmail.
2. Click on the email you want to export.
3. Click the More drop-down menu above the email body.
4. Click Export.
5. The file will automatically be downloaded to your computer in a .eml file format.
