Select Hosting allows you to upgrade and downgrade Disk Space, CPU, and Memory independent of each other, as well as allowing the optional purchase of the WordPress Toolkit.

How do I know if I have Select web hosting?

The easiest way to determine whether or not you have a Select Hosting package is to login to VIPcontrol and have a look under My Services > cPanel Hosting. Here, you will see the package name/type under PRIMARY DOMAIN / PLAN. If you see something other than Select Hosting, this means you are on a legacy package that would have been part of our previous web hosting range.

How do I upgrade to Select Hosting?

If you want to upgrade to Select Hosting, please submit a ticket to our Accounts & Billing team. Please ensure that you specify which package you want to move to, whether that be business, custom, or WordPress hosting.
