What is a Self-Managed VPS?

The core premise

A Self Managed VPS is a VPS that is managed by you or your Systems Administrator (IT person). Support is not included with this service, meaning that any maintenance, updates, or troubleshooting needs to be conducted by you.

What we do manage/support

We manage the underlying infrastructure that your VPS relies on to operate, such as:

• The network that your VPS uses
• The physical server that your VPS is on

Server Management Jobs

If you have a CentOS-based cPanel server, we can provide support in the form of a Server Management Job. These come at a cost of $29.95 per issue.
