Set up free email forwarding using VIPcontrol

If you’re wanting to set up domain redirects, please follow our separate guide on how to do that. VentraIP offers a free web and email forwarding service for domain names that are registered with us. Before proceeding, please keep in mind that enabling this option for your domain name will remove any existing DNS configuration you have set up for your domain name. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to our technical support team.

Enabling Free Web/Email Forwarding

1. Log in to VIPcontrol
2. Navigate to My Services > Domain Management.
3. Click Manage next to the domain name.
4. Click Manage DNS.
5. Click on the Forwarding tab.
6. Click Enable.
7. Then, add forwarders using the Add Domain Forwarder/Add Email Forwarder buttons as needed.
