When trying to open cPanel or dedicated email service from within VIPcontrol, you receive an error that says, “It looks like something went wrong. Please try again later or contact our support team.” This is most likely due to your web browser blocking pop-ups from within VIPcontrol. You can enable pop-ups on popular web browsers with the following instructions.

Safari

  1. Click the Safari tab in your top menu → Preferences…
  2. In this new window, go to the Websites tab from the horizontal menu.
  3. Then, click Pop-up Windows from the vertical menu.
  4. Find “vip.ventraip.com.au” in the list of websites here, then where it says when visiting other websites change Block to Allow.

Chrome

  1. Navigate to your Chrome settings (three dots in the top-right of your browser window).
  2. Scroll down to the Privacy and security header and click on Site Settings.
  3. Navigate to Pop-ups and redirects under the Content header here.
  4. Click Add in the Allow section and type in “vip.ventraip.com.au”.
  5. Click Add again to confirm.

Firefox

  1. Navigate to your Firefox settings (three horizontal lines in the top-right of your browser window).
  2. Scroll or click to reach the Privacy & Security section.
  3. Next to Block pop-up windows, click Exceptions….
  4. Type in “vip.ventraip.com.au” and click Allow then Save Changes.

Edge

  1. Navigate to your Edge settings (three dots in the top-right of your browser window).
  2. Click on Site permissions in the left menu.
  3. Then, click on Pop-ups and redirects.
  4. Click Add in the Allow section and type in “vip.ventraip.com.au”.
  5. Click Add again to confirm.

Internet Explorer

  1. Navigate to the cogwheel in the top-right of your browser window → Internet options.
  2. Click the Privacy tab on this new window.
  3. Click Settings under the Pop-up blocker heading.
  4. Type “vip.ventraip.com.au” in the text box where it says Address of website to allow, then click Add.
