If your email account is running out of space on our largest dedicated email hosting plan, the Email Plus package, not to worry! You can purchase an additional 20GB of space (for a total of 50GB) at a monthly cost of $4.95. You can find the option to add this into your service with the following steps:
  1. Log in to VIPcontrol.
  2. Navigate to My Services, then switch to the Email tab.
  3. Click Manage next to your domain name, then Manage again next to the email account you need more space for.
  4. Scroll down this page and click View Plans. If there is a higher plan available, click Upgrade to increase your space. If you’re already on the highest plan, continue to the next step.
  5. On the service overview for your email account, scroll down until you find the Disk Blocks section, where you’ll also find a button that says Add More.
This page will allow you to add in an extra 20GB of storage space to the account — You can choose to have this match the normal billing cycle of the service or have it on its own billing cycle instead if you prefer.

What happens next?****

Once done, the additional 20GB will be automatically added to your email hosting account! If at any point you find you no longer need it, you can freely remove the disk block in the same place you added it in.
